Tender description
The London Borough of Redbridge (the Authority) is seeking Quotations from suitably experienced and qualified organisations for the Contract for the Preparation of an Outer North East London Strategic Housing Market Assessment for the London Boroughs of Barking and Dagenham, Havering, Newham and Redbridge. (the Contract). The Contract is anticipated to commence on 13th April 2015. The Authority is working collaboratively with the London Boroughs of Barking and Dagenham, Havering, Newham (Participating Boroughs) to engage a consultant to produce a Strategic Housing Market Assessment (SHMA) for Outer North East London. The Assessment is needed to provide an analytical framework to inform the Councils' objective assessment of housing need, to assist with plan making, in particular, to inform housing policy.
