Tender description

The University of Sheffield is out to tender for a Glovebox-coupled physical vapour deposition tool. The new tool will allow the controlled deposition of thin films of metal, dielectric, semiconductor and organic materials using thermal evaporation and electron beam evaporation for use in photonic and optoelectronic device research.
