Supply of a Dynamic Learning Environment, eLearning Modules and Associated Support Services

Tender description

The Council intends to procure an external web based Dynamic Learning Environment (DLE) with eLearning Modules and Associated Support Services.The purpose of the DLE is to drive the change towards a learning culture that maximises the potential of eLearning and other online resources.The Solution should provide a platform that engages council staff and other partners, promoting and significantly increasing access to learning opportunities.As part of the Solution, the Council should have access to a catalogue of e-Learning modules that can be tailored to meet its specific needs as required.The Solution is expected to be in place for an initial period of 2 years, with options to extend for a further period of 12 months to take the term up to a maximum of 3 years depending on the budget available.It is expected that the number of Users will be in the region of 8,000 to 12,000 per annum.
