Expressions of Interest are sought from suitably experienced civil engineering contractors who can demonstrate experience relevant to the construction of civil engineering works in environmentally sensitive locations and who can mobilise sufficient plant and labour resources. The scheme involves the rehabilitation of a three-span reinforced concrete structure including parapet upgrade works, provision of cantilevered walkways, general reinforced concrete repairs, public lighting and the reinstatement of bituminous flexible pavement and ancillary works. All works are located in, and adjacent to, Bunowen River, an environmentally sensitive habitat for flora and fauna. All works will be executed within and below non-tidal open water. All works shall be executed adjacent to live traffic on a Regional Road.
