PROVISION OF PUBLIC RELATIONS SERVICES TO LERO

Tender description

Lero is an academic research organisation that includes software researchers and academics from all of the Irish Universities and Dundalk Institute of Technology, with core funding from Science Foundation Ireland. It works closely with numerous companies in Ireland and elsewhere to develop methods, tools and processes for developing robust, reliable and well-engineered software. Part of its mission is to engage with industry, government, academia and the general public to communicate its research agenda and deploy the results into everyday practice. Headquartered at the University of Limerick (UL), Lero’s central Operations function manages its day-to-day activities and the research infrastructure necessary to the fulfilment of its mission. Lero invites tenders from established public relations companies. The successful bidder will provide public relations services to develop and enhance Lero’s national and international reputation among the various constituencies mentioned. Lero has a wide range of audiences and stakeholders and the effective engagement of these must be central to the success of the contract.
