Tender description

The project comprises of the construction of a permanent mainstream classroom and an ASD Unit – comprising a suite of rooms as per the DES regulations, to be positioned where they will not interfere with any future development at the school. The grant is intended to cover the construction of the mainstream classroom and ASD Unit and associated site and external works. The build will comprise of the following elements/spaces. 1. Mainstream Classroom 80m2 2. Central Activities Space ASD 80m2 3. Classroom Safe Base 2 ( excl toilets and storage) ASD 70m2 4. Small Safe Place 3 associated with Class Base 3 ASD 12m2 5. Multi – Sensory Room ASD 20m2 6. Para Educational Room ASD 15m2 7. Staff Toilets ASD 10m2 8. Office ASD 20m2 9. 6% Walls / Partitions m2 10. 18% Circulation m2 Total Floor Area = 282m2
