Tender description
University College Cork (UCC) is seeking to purchase a high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) instrument for the School of Food and Nutritional Sciences. The instrument will be based in in the School of Food and Nutritional Sciences located in the Food Science complex at UCC. The instrument will be used for the measurement of vitamins (e.g., vitamin D and K) in foods and other biological matrices and semi-preparative purification of food extracts (analytical scale HPLC).
