Tender description
Tyndall National Institute has recently received funding for a replacement Hall Measurement system for semiconductor and semimetal samples. The new system should be designed to measure the electrical properties of a variety of samples, ranging in electrical carrier mobility and conductivity as described in the process target specifications. In addition, the system should be a complete stand- alone unit, with automated computer control.
