Tender description

North Somerset Council is seeking a new supplier arrangement to provide Energy Management Consultancy Services for the next four years. The Energy Management Consultancy Services contract will: - provide specialist procurement advice in relation to energy supply - manage energy data and bill validation - manage and monitor energy markets - provide monitoring, targeting and usage data analysis It will also add new supplies to the corporate energy contract and remove supplies from the contract from property that may be disposed of. In connection with energy management the contract will also assist in complying with the 'Carbon Reduction Commitment- Energy Efficiency Scheme' and inform the ordering, purchasing and surrendering of carbon allowances to comply with the legislation and avoid potential fines. The council intends to offer this arrangement for all of its schools and non-school premises.
