Tender description

This procurement is being undertaken for the Rail Executive, a part of the Department of Transport. The Rail Executive is responsible for setting the Government’s strategy and high level outputs for rail transport, agree investments, and negotiating and manage contracts to deliver these. Legal support is required to draft and agree Deeds of Amendments to each of the franchise agreements for the franchises, that the Department has targeted to make In-Franchise changes in order to enhance the On-Train Wi-Fi services on predominantly urban and commuter rail routes.
