RFT for Media Monitoring Services

Tender description

The Arts Council wishes to contract the services of a company to provide Media Monitoring Services. The service required is the provision of press clippings by email or by another facility (e.g. website) from international, national and regional press and publications by 09.00 daily of the date of publication. Where the publications are made available to the public after 09.00 the relevant clippings must be provided on the following day. There will be a requirement to monitor broadcast, on-line and social media. The notifications to be provided daily as above. In this regard you will be specifically requested to provide the Podcast, CD, DVD or transcript.
