Tender description
Start to deliver the second phase of the ‘POPE of Pinch Points’ project. This project is aiming to plan, conduct and report the post-opening evaluation of schemes delivered through the Highways Agency’s Pinch Point programme. This second phase of the project will deliver the ‘one year after’ (OYA) stage of the evaluation process.
