Tender description

The Fire and Rescue Services within Wales: South Wales Fire and Rescue Service, Mid & West Wales Fire and Rescue Service and North Wales Fire and Rescue Service are collaborating to tender for the provision and implementation of the software systems to support fire control operations, and have agreed a specification jointly. It is the intention of the services to implement the system in line with the Southern move to the Public Service Centre to create a Joint Emergency Services Centre with South Wales Police and within the existing Joint Communication Centre in North Wales in collaboration with North Wales Police. To this end Bidders will be encouraged to provide solution options that seek to integrate or share systems as much as possible.
