Tender description

The Framework requirement is to provide leadership development consultants who will support one or more Force and other emergency service with their leadership development programmes in-line with each customers detailed development strategy and change programme objectives. The development programmes will be delivered in consultation with the customer and tailored in-line with the leadership development framework and people strategy. Contractors will provide a service delivery to complement and build upon the methodologies and tools already used within the customers' organisation to date. The Framework has been divided into 6 Lots covering a range of disciplines. The Lots that form part of the Agreement are as follows: Lot 1 - Senior Leadership Team (Executive Level) events Lot 2 - Executive Development Programme (Individual) Lot 3 - Executive Coaching Lot 4 - Leadership Team Development (Executive/Middle Manager Level) Lot 5 - Action Learning Sets/Team Diagnostics - Facilitate & Train the Facilitator (Middle Manager Level) Lot 6 - Specialist Support to Learning Programmes.
