WFDC is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified consultants for the preparation of an Employment Land Review for Wyre Forest District in accordance with requirements set out in the National Planning Practice Guidance. This will form an essential part of the evidence base to inform the Council’s Local Plan Review. Detailed information on the Council’s requirements is set out within the specification. The current Employment Land Review (http://www.wyreforestdc.gov.uk/planning-and-buildings/planning-policy/local-plan-evidence-base/evidence-base-employment-and-retail.aspx) dates from 2007 and requires updating in light of economic changes and the implementation of plans since then.
