Building Regulations Approved Documents

Tender description

This is a contract for the publication of the Building Regulations Approved Document by RIBA Enterprises (RIBAe). The contract operates with a 75:25 gain share agreement - a 25% royalty paid to DCLG as a proportion of the net revenue received by RIBAe on sales of Approved Documents (net revenue is gross sales less any trade or other discounts). For associated products developed by RIBAe which are endorsed and/or badged by DCLG, a 95:5 or 90:10 gain share shall apply – the royalty rate shall be agreed with DCLG on a product-by-product basis, with either 5% or 10% royalty payable to DCLG as a proportion of the net revenue received by RIBAe on sales of these associated products.
