Architectural Consultancy Services for Security and Reception Alterations at St. Aidan’s Community School

Tender description

On behalf of the School Board of Management (the Contracting Authority for this project) you are hereby invited to tender for Architectural services (including buying in of additional services for other disciplines as required) for the above project. The project consists of improvements to security and the appearance of the schools front entrance and to provide an additional admin office, reception, controlled lobby, meeting room and visitors toilet. It is also anticipated that the successful Architect will address a number of fire escape issues around the school, where lockable gates need to be modified or replaced. • 1 X 45sqM of Entrance Lobby • 1 X 25sqM Admin Office • 1 X 20sqM Meeting Room • 1 X 10sqM Toilet • 5 X Controlled Maglock Doors/ Fire Escapes It is anticipated the New Entrance will be a permanent construction and will be located to the front of the existing entrance.
