Tender description
Remedial and repair work to the existing drainage system together with improvement works around the site generally; including installation of a new bicycle shelter, installation of a new access platform and doors to an external AHU duct, installation of new boundary fencing to the rear and sections of the western boundary of the site, installation of vehicle containment barrier to the western boundary, remedial work to the existing timber decking areas, construction of extension to the existing roadways to form new maintenance access around the site, removal and replacement of some existing grass car park areas and sundry other minor installations around the site generally.
