Tender description

Through the process of making its Network Centre awards, the Arts Council recognised that delivering a high volume of broadcast standard and fully rights compliant films made by inexperienced filmmakers could prove challenging for the individual centres. To mitigate the risks associated with this challenge the Arts Council wishes to provide expert third party support to the centres to help them to manage the workflow and maintain the standards required in producing and delivering short films of broadcast quality. This brief is to commission an experienced broadcast and production advisor to provide technical and professional advice and assistance to the Network Centres during, approximately, the crucial first year of their operation, from May 2015 until 31 March 2016
