Pre Operative Skin Preparation

33190000, 33721000, 33721100, 33721200, 39712100, 30192125 NHS Supply Chain seeks to establish a non-exclusive Framework Agreement for the supply of Pre-Operative Skin Preparation Products to NHS Supply Chain depots via the mandatory Stock and Blue Diamond Routes and to the NHS Supply Chain customer base via the optional E-Direct Route. These products are to include; pre-operative razors, pre-operative scrub brushes, skin marker pens, surgical clippers (pivoting and fixed) and associated products. This Framework Agreement will be split into 5 Lots which are: Lot 1 – Pre-Operative Razors. A double edge disposable non-sterile razor for us prior to a surgical procedure. Lot 2 – Surgical Skin Marker Pens. A skin marker pen with ruler (gentian violet, sterile, regular/fine tip, capped, disposable ruler) for use to create a violet coloured line and enable pre-operative marking of the patient. Lot 3 – Pre-Operative Scrub Brushes. Single use scrub brushes intended for hand-held pre-operative cleaning by medical staff. Two sided construction with stiff plastic bristles on one side and sponge on the other, The structure of the item should include moulded indentation/side panel to improve grip in use. The Scrub Brush must be dry with a Nail Pick, Sterile and individually packaged. Lot 4 – Fixed Head Surgical Clippers. Fixed Head Surgical Clippers for trimming hair prior to a procedure (to include Clipper Unit, Charger Unit, Replacement Heads and Blades). Lot 5 - Pivoting Head Surgical Clippers. Fixed Head Surgical Clippers for trimming hair prior to a procedure (to include Clipper Unit, Charger Unit, Replacement Heads and Blades). This Framework Agreement is for 2 years with the option to extend for 24 months.
