Tender description
To appoint consultants to review and update the Council's Open Space Assessment and Assessment of Need undertaken in 2011. The study is required to provide background evidence to support Local Plan policies in relation to open space and formal recreation, ensuring that this evidence is sound, robust, capable of being scrutinised through examination, and meets the requirements of the NPPF paragraphs 73 and 74.
