Tender description

-Provide knowledge required to identify the arrangements for selection and safe use of the most commonly found items of mobile plant used on construction sites and to recognise the most commonly found defects with such plant. -Provide the knowledge required to identify how the use of mobile plant should be planned, managed and controlled and to recognise deficiencies in the planning and management of such operations. -Enable inspectors to recognise a material breach and take appropriate enforcement action where necessary on a construction site to control the risk applying the principles of EPS and EMM.
