The works are to include: Replacement of the 3no existing gas-fired boilers, with new gas fired condensing boilers, new tank in tank high recovery stainless steel cylinders, replacement including pumps, control valves, flues and associated works. Separate prices required to connect annexe heating to new boiler plant including removal of existing Vaillant boiler and installation of a heat meter on the heating circuit to the dwellings and the secondary hot water to the dwellings and associated works.
