FORESTRY COMMISSION STAFF SURVEY 2015

Tender description

The Forestry Commission (FC) is inviting tenders for the supply of a web-based online staff survey to be run in September 2015. The survey will include:- • Paper based options for some areas, there may also be a requirement for phone support where staff may experience difficulties in completing the survey online; • An online bespoke reporting tool which allows the FC to analyse its data further and present this data in different formats; • A data file of the data captured during the survey to allow the FC to analyse and manipulate it outside of the successful bidders system; • The data contained in any reports will be in a format which allows for comparisons to be made with previous FC surveys • An ability to benchmark against the FC 2013 staff survey results by organisational unit; • A comprehensive overall report (GB-wide) for Senior executives; • Provide highlight reports of all organisational units of more than 10 people, Demographic reports; • Presentation of the survey results to the FC Executive Board during December 2015 by the successful supplier.
