DCLG wish to collect and collate baseline information and data which will help the delivery of a garden city. This will include, although is not limited to, the following: • Environmental information; • Data on topography; • Brownfield land; • Contaminated land; • Flood risk data; • Physical constraints; • Transport analysis; • Current utilities provision and constraints. In this context it will cover existing legal commitments and constraints as well as community infrastructure requirements.
