Tender description

The Authority commissions Community Support Services and Specialist Residential and Nursing Services for the following client groups under these ‘Approved Lists’: Complex Dementia (residential and nursing care only) Complex needs – clients with multiple impairments, acquired brain injury (ABI), physical and sensory impairments (PDSI) Learning Disability/Autism Mental Health (including Dual Diagnosis) Substance Misuse (including social care and physical health needs) Shared Lives The services are divided into a number of separate lists and providers can be categorised as either ‘Approved’ or ‘Preferred’.
