Tender description

The Regenerative Research Institute, REMEDI, at NUI Galway conducts research into minimally invasive therapeutic approaches to promote organ and tissue repair and regeneration. One such approach is the therapeutic application of adult stem cells, especially Mesenchymal Stem Cells (MSCs), from bone marrow. Cell imaging equipment is required to produce publication quality images of MSCs at cellular and subcellular level. Funding has been made available through Science Foundation Ireland for the purchase of a Cell Imaging Device and Upright Bright Field Microscope with Camera and Software.
