Catering for Hot Food and Drink for Three Queens Event (25 May 2015)

Wirral is a Metropolitan Borough of Merseyside in the North West of England with a population of approx 300,000 over 60 square miles. Further information about Wirral is available on our website (www.wirral.gov.uk). Wirral Borough Council is inviting suppliers to operate one off concessions to sell hot food and drinks from mobile vans/trailers at various locations around the Wirral. Suppliers may bid for individual or multiple sites. The Council reserves the right to award one or more sites to one or more suppliers. The contract is expected to commence at 08:00 until 18:00 for the Three Queens Event on 25th May 2015. The concession will allow a mobile van/trailer to be parked at the locations listed below (exact locations are shown in the attached plans). 1.Magazine Promenade between Hertford Drive and Radnor Drive. 2.Egremont Promenade adjacent to Maddock Street. 3. Egremont Promenade adjacent to Wallasey Town Hall. 4. Woodside Promenade, near to ventilation tower.
