Bus Strategy - Technical Support

Tender description

To engage an advisor to provide Technical Support to the Bus Strategy project. The advisor will lead, co-ordinate and integrate the production of many of the key areas of technical work necessary to produce the evidence base for the Business Case(s) for the project. The preparation of the Bus Strategy Outline and Full Business Cases are key deliverables for this commission. Beyond this, it is envisaged that further Business Cases (and associated technical work) will be required as stakeholders provide additional information on potential options. These further Business cases and associated technical work would also be produced through this commission and therefore this commission will be for the duration of the Bus Strategy Project.
