The Consultant is required to support the definition of the red line boundaries for a set of LDOs for the horticulture sector that takes account of, but not inclusively, the following Local Plan policies The extent, concentration and nature of the horticultural sector across the Arun Local Plan area Relevant research and evidence on constraints and opportunities for the horticultural sector , notably that prepared for the Arun Local Plan 2011–2031 economic, spatial, transport/movement, social and environmental Forecast trends and requirements of the horticulture sector in the Arun Local Plan Area. Town Planning history/records relevant to the horticulture sector in the Arun Local Plan area, notably in areas of concentration. Land ownership Consultation with relevant landowners, businesses and other stakeholders in the horticulture sector within the Local Plan area. Consultation with the relevant statutory agencies, Duty to Co-operate list. Local community, including parish councils and neighbourhood planning groups
