Tender description

A national framework for the supply, delivery, installation and maintenance of fitness equipment (Cardio Vascularand Strength, also including dance machines and interactive walls and floors). • Lot 1 Fitness Equipment Bespoke Projects • Lot 2 Fitness Equipment Price List Both lots cover the same type of equipment, lot 1 is for further competitions only and is designed for projectsinvolving mainly a large selection of equipment whereas lot 2 will include a price list, broken down into sub-lots by type of equipment (e.g. cycle, treadmill, cross trainer) and will be awarded by sub-lot. Lot 2 will allow forpurchase via direct call-off or further competition and will allow those niche suppliers to bid who specialise in just certain types of equipment rather than complete projects. Whilst for purchase mainly, the framework will also allow lease options to be offered direct by suppliers upon customer’s request. An eAuction process may be used to award subsequent call off contracts following the reopening of competition among the parties to the Framework Agreement.
