The undertaking of Carer Assessments [as an element of the new Carer Assessment Service]

Tender description

Southampton City Council is seeking to appoint service provider(s) to a Framework agreement for undertaking carer assessment. The undertaking of carer assessments will form a key element of the new Carer Assessment Service in Southampton. Carer assessments will be carried out through telephone and face to face settings, using a common online assessment tool. Submissions are invited from providers who are keen to work both collaboratively and flexibly in the development of the new Carer Assessment service. The Council are seeking providers from across a range of client settings, bringing together their expertise and understanding of the issues faced by carers to join the Framework.
