Tender description
The Contractor shall be required to carry out all the administrative functions of Competent Bodies required by Regulation EC No 1221/2009 under Article 11. The Contractor shall be designated as the Competent Body for the EU Eco Management and Audit Scheme for England, Wales, Northern Ireland and Scotland otherwise called the EMAS Competent Body for England, Wales, Northern Ireland and Scotland to carry out all the functions required of Competent Bodies in Regulation EC No 1221/2009 of the European Parliament and Council of 25 November 2009.
