Tender description

Defra procuring on behalf of the Animal and Plant Health Agency. The Customer requires the Contractor to produce two (2) types of recombinant protein (Proteins); these are the E2 protein and NS3 protein from the Classical Swine Fever Virus (CSFV). These are the two (2) major antigenic components of the virus and shall both be formulated into nanoparticle vaccines. The E2 glycoprotein shall be formulated on the outside of the nanoparticle and the NS3 protein on the inside of the particle to produce a candidate vaccine that mimics the situation in the wild type of CSFV.
