Tarmac: Housing works The work comprises excavating and reinstating tarmac paths and driveways to domestic properties as well as repair work. The contractor will be required to break up existing paths, remove debris from site and apply weed killer, infill hard-core, lay base course and wearing course. Concrete edgings will also be required. Non Housing works The work comprises excavating and reinstating tarmac paths, driveways and larger schemes such as car park resurfacing and some road repairs (although in the main road repairs are carried out by Highway Services). The contractor will be required to break up existing, remove debris from site and apply weed killer, infill hard-core, lay base course and wearing course. Concrete edgings may also be required.
