You are invited to submit a tender for the position of Food and Beverages Manager for Bingley Music Live festival 2015. Interested parties should have experience of managing festival bars and are asked to articulate their: 1) Knowledge/experience of managing festival bars providing examples of events. 2) Knowledge/experience of managing festival catering. 3) Knowledge/experience of managing staff and contractors. 4) Knowledge/experience of using supply chains with breweries and alcohol suppliers. 5) Experience/skills in negotiating product deals. 6) Method statement of how you intend to provide staffing for the setting up and operation of the bars and bar areas for the period of the festival and any examples of how you have undertaken this previously. 7) Proposals for any work you intend to sub contract plus details of sub contractor. 8) A project plan outlining a time frame of key activity.
