Tender description

The purpose of this commission is to engage an Advisor that will: A. Lead development of the Bus Strategy ‘daughter document’ element of the Single Transport Plan including providing advice, guidance and support regarding associated stakeholder and public consultation; and B. Support the development of the outline business cases for the Bus Strategy project. The work undertaken by the Advisor will help shape the strategic aims, objectives and outcomes for buses across West Yorkshire over the next 10-15 years.
