Tender description

The University of Sheffield is out to tender on behalf of the Faculty of Engineering's new Diamond Building, for a small scale bioreactor system. The closing date for return of tenders is Wednesday 6th May 2015 at 12 noon (UK time). Small scale bioreactor system. We require a device to maintain a suspension of living Chinese Hamster Ovary cells in controlled fed-batch culture. At least 4 completely independent units are required, capable of controlling and recording temperature, pH, dissolved oxygen, CO2 intake, feed-addition and rotational speed over a 12-20 day culture. The technical specification can be found in the tender documentation which will be sent to you once you have expressed your interest.
