Tender description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for leasehold title to land and/or buildings at West Stow Country Park (WSCP) for leisure related opportunities. WSCP currently encapsulates 49 Ha and receives over 120,000 visitors a year. The aim of this invitation is to attract outside specialist providers who are interested in working with and alongside the existing offering to provide a sustainable income stream for the Council generated into the foreseeable future. It is essential that a strong synergy exists between any proposed new activities and existing offers. This may help attract the right audience who may engage in various activities and enjoy multiple visits.
