Roof Replacement Programme

Tender description

To supply and fit replacement roofs on a like for like basis, with insulation to meet current Building Regs, or repairs as necessary to maintain water tightness to the required properties as per the Specification in the Tender Documents. Should further properties be added to the list in Section 2 then the successful contractor will be required to establish if planning or building regs applications are required and/or are in a conservation area, pay all fees due and submit drawings and photographs as required to gain permission to undertake the works.
