PROVISION AND OPERATION OF CATERING OUTLET BRISTOL DENTAL HOSPITAL (CHAPTER HOUSE LEVEL 2)

Tender description

University Hospitals Bristol NHS Foundation Trust, are seeking bids for the Provision and Operation of a Catering Outlet in the Bristol Dental Hospital Chapter House, the facilities are to be made available for the use of all Trust staff and students. We believe that this would be a suitable venture for a local business, or smaller supplier as the chosen supplier will be required to advertise and support the use of locally sourced products and produce within their menu options. The range of products on offer should meet a wide range of dietary and cultural requirements, including vegetarian, gluten-free, low fat healthier options and a range of food choices to meet the social, religious and cultural needs of some of our staff and students. UH Bristol requires the catering facility for Bristol Dental Hospital (Chapter house) to be available 07.00 – 15.00, Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. No weekend service will be required, except by separate arrangement. It is anticipated that the opening / re-launch date will be September 2015.
