8, 9, 10 & 11 Imjin Close, Aldershot. GU11 1RH This terraced row of four houses in built on 3m of loose made up ground and is suffering from foundation movement. They are to be pile underpinned with the ground floor slab replaced with reinforced concrete on piles. Please note that all subcontractors used by CarillionAmey (Housing Prime) Limited need to go through a pre-qualification process. All operatives (direct and subcontract) will also need to be security vetted before working on the Contract.
