Energy Centre Burner Replacements - Salisbury District Hospital

Tender description

The main energy centre at Salisbury District Foundation NHS Trust has boiler capacity which is circa 25 years old. There are three main 2.4mw boilers of that age, one 1mw boiler ten years old and a 850kw thermal CHP which acts as the primary boiler. This project will be to replace the 3x obsolete Nu-Way model BNR dual fuel burners with new burners from a compatible manufacturer. Works shall include the installation of the replacement burner and panels, commissioning as well as any energy saving initiatives to further update the boiler system. The Procurement process is being conducted via the Trust’s Ariba procurement portal. Interested bidders should email tenders@salisbury.nhs.uk with the subject title “FE726 Energy Centre Burner Replacement” including full named contact details, with telephone, email and address, for the person responsible for preparing their response. The Trust will then register the bidder on the Ariba portal, and the bidder will automatically receive an Ariba event invite key.
