Referral Management Service The aim of the service is to provide a referral management service for the following specialties:- Nottingham North and East CCG Practices:  Ophthalmology  Dermatology Nottingham West CCG Practices:  Ophthalmology  Dermatology (minimal activity) It will include the administrative aspects for referrals which will be subject to a clinical triage. The GP referral will be sent to the Referral Management Centre. From there it will be sent to the clinical triage for assessment and passed back to the Referral Management Centre for onward action as described by the triage clinician.
