<b>Services to be purchased</b> Swindon Borough Council invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced service providers for the provision of a Post Room Folder Inserter. <b>Scope of Services</b> <b></b> Swindon Borough Council requires the provision of a lease hire agreement for the provision of one Post Room Folder Inserter. Full details relating to the Services are provided in the Invitation to Tender (ITT) document: <b>Other Information</b> <b></b> The Post Room Folder Inserter is also referred to as a Enveloper. <b>Contract Period</b> <b></b> The contract will be initially for a period of 5 years commencing 1 May 2015 with an option to extend for a further 12 months subject to satisfactory performance This is a competitive tender, and a contract will be awarded to the organisation that is deemed to represent the most economical and advantageous tender.
