Tender description

EBRI is seeking to procure consultancy services for the assessment of the CHP engine connected to the gasifier and connected to the load bank. The purpose of this invitation is to identify a qualified supplier to provide the required product detailed in this request for quotes specification. This work involves the following: 1. Producing the operating philosophy, liaising with the control engineer modifying the control software of the engine. 2. Produce safe operating procedures, emergency shut-down procedure and risk assessments. 3. Lead the HAZOP studies.
