Framework Contract for the Provision of Printing Services in the London Borough of Redbridge for the Period 1st June 2015 to 31st May 2016

Tender description

The Council of the London Borough of Redbridge (“the Authority”) is seeking quotations from suitably experienced and qualified organisations for appointment to the Framework Contract for the Provision of Printing Services in the London Borough of Redbridge (“the Framework”). The Framework is divided into three (3) Lots as follows:- Lot 1: Short Run Print: This type of work would suit digital or litho printing and includes, but is not limited to, posters, business cards, leaflets and flyers. The work will include short print runs on demand for fast turnaround times, usually the same day or next day delivery; Lot 2: Large Run Print: This type of work would suit mainly litho printing, larger volume printing that includes, but is not limited to, flyers, leaflets, booklets, brochures with special finishes and stock. The Authority’s print runs can range to 135k for flyers and some of the Authority’s newsletters have average print runs of 8k; and Lot 3: Large Format and Exhibition Materials: This type of work is for large format printing, from A0 to A2 plots, vinyl banners, pull ups and pop up systems. Organisations are permitted to submit a Quotation for any one (1) or more of Lots 1, 2 and 3 and the Authority anticipates appointing in the region of three (3) organisations to each Lot.
