NEL Commissioning Support Unit is inviting the potential bidders to submit competitive quotation for the E-Tendering Requirements outlined in this requirement document. The electronic procurement solution will facilitate the complete procurement process from advertising the requirement, developing and releasing tender documents to bidders, tender evaluations through to awarding of the contract.
