Delivery of Workshop - Leadership Styles including leadership styles analysis of participants

This is an exciting new opportunity, which will require the successful tenderer to provide a “leadership styles” workshop to include prior completion and then delivery of leadership styles analysis of the participants at the workshop. The workshop will be delivered as part of a larger workshop on the ERDF funded Aston Programme for Small Business Growth – ‘Leadership, Culture and People’. There are 30 business owners on the programme. Suppliers are encouraged to apply for this project if they meet the following criteria: • Have developed or have experience of using proven leadership style analysis questionnaires and reporting systems. • Have experience of working with small business leaders to analyse leadership styles. • Have the capacity to deliver the leadership styles report/s within the specified timescale and attend the workshop on 20th April date.
