The Contract for parking enforcement services for this Council, covering: on- and off-street enforcement; management of elements of the parking infrastructure the management and operation of the link between the Contractor’s IT infrastructure and that of the Council; Optionally and at the Council’s discretion, the contract may include related services such as the provision and operation of ANPR based enforcement activities, the extension of paid for parking activities, and the clamping or removal of vehicles parked in contravention.
